Thank You to all of our supporters:
Through your attending our live shows and/or your listening to Shane O’Brien and O’Briens Edge music on-line or any of our CDs, we have made a strong showing to the web statistic keepers at Reverbnation. Every Artist knows the importance of stats that are from influential web ranking sites such as ReverbNation. These become milestone events for us all and become key factors in regards to our future goals and aspirations that we set for ourselves…
That being said, I thank you all very much and please allow me the opportunity to share with you the news I received today via an email from ReverbNation:
Shane O’Brien local ranking number 9 at Reverbnation as of January 12, 2014 Los Angeles.
This past New Years Eve, 12 31 2013, our celebration event held at Harold’s Place in San Pedro, California, gave us a platform to perform songs, from the Shane O’Brien catalog of music, that usually is only available on CDs… Thus the Video crew was able to capture a roll of video that quickly became somewhat unique in it’s nature. Very uncommon to say the least. Of the two extended long sets of music at least 10 songs were performed that are now collection pieces for friends and fans that follow this original band. Five of those have gone through an editing process with care into maintaining the show in it’s truest and raw form, as to not change any characteristic that makes a video look and sound processed. What you see and hear is what everyone in the room experienced that last night of the year spent together at Harold’s Place. This club is a small cocktail establishment whose patrons know one another well. An in Da Hood experience for those who traveled from out of Los Angeles to attend this nights show. There was in attendance patrons from at least three states who made the trip to “Pedro” for Shane’s Gig. Thank You once more to all who were with us on this really cool gala had by all.
That being said here’s a couple more performances from this night:
The Bluesman
The Devil’s Kitchen
I Fell From a Cloud
